Product Description: TRUSS-T
Card Case TRUSS-T
A vertical version of the FACTRON TRUSS card case is now available.
Changing from horizontal to vertical, it takes on the design of a large lighter.
Crafted entirely from machined metal, inspired by architectural truss structures.
Despite its robust appearance, it is finished to be lightweight.
Available in two materials: pure titanium and duralumin.

We, Factus Design, leverage the knowledge and technology cultivated over many years in the world of wristwatch design,
and are committed to creating unprecedented products.
We have developed what is probably the world's first original "interchangeable lens metal-milled iPhone case," for example.
Further enhancing our commitment to "design" and "craftsmanship,"
we embarked on developing products that can be used in business settings,
and after three years, we produced the finest card case.
Like traditional FACTRON products, it is designed and developed with the premise of being "unprecedented."
This card case is packed with many meticulous details.
We have created a product that can truly be called "COOL JAPAN."

The key design feature is undeniably the large, round "hinge" section.
After repeated considerations of size while examining the overall design balance,
we arrived at the perfect size for this case.
This part features a different surface machining method than other areas, resulting in a nearly mirror-like finish,
and it has a special internal structure to ensure smooth opening and closing.

Another key design element is the "truss structure" motif, inspired by architecture.
This part concretely expresses "coolness" based on the "industrial" design concept of this model.
The combination of diagonal chamfers and gentle curves, along with numerous trapezoidal holes
and fine details, stimulates human aesthetic sensibility,
resulting in a design calculated to naturally evoke a sense of "coolness."
Furthermore, like previous FACTRON products, it uses original screws that are recognizable at a glance.
These screws also serve as a symbol of the "unprecedented" expression.
The lid opens and closes smoothly.
Since the lid and body are machined as separate parts,
we combine parts that match well and adjust each model for smooth opening and closing.
This "feel" of "neither too loose nor too tight" is also a design aspect of this card case that we spent a considerable amount of time on.

The lid is designed to open wide for easy insertion and removal of business cards.
It can hold approximately 30 business cards.
The lid is designed to open and close by pressing a button on the side.
The latch that fastens the lid is designed for durability,
and the movable parts are strong enough to withstand metal fatigue.
It was also designed so that a satisfying "click" sound is heard when it closes.
The button's spring is a durable coil spring.
It is designed for long-term use.

The FACTRON logo is engraved on the back.
The body is secured with original three-hole screws, also used in smartphone cases.
